The practitioner uses the palms and forearms along and under the whole body to deliver rhythmical and repetitive flowing strokes that soothe the body into a state of deep relaxation.
Recipients may experience dynamic energy shifts and/or meditative states as they are brought to balance, physically, mentally and emotionally.
1. 1 hour bodywork session includes the whole back of body including back, shoulders, legs, feet and glutes, and ends with an indulgent face, head, neck and shoulder massage - $140
2. 90 minute bodywork session includes all of the above as well as the luxurious front of body massage. This includes the chest, abdomen, arms and legs. With special attention given to the lymphatic areas and delicious under body moves, you will see why this is by far our most popular massage - $180
3. 2 hour bodywork session includes all of the above and if you can spare the time we know you will love it - $220

Our fusion style massage is founded in the highly sought after techniques developed by Awen Massage Therapy and Mette's Institute of Bodywork and Personal Development. These techniques, influenced by a Hawaiian outlook, utilise coconut oil, the hands, forearms and elbows, and the principle of compassionate touch to manipulate soft tissue, as well as music and dance to create harmony and release physical and emotional blockages and bring balance to the mind and body.
The intention is to treat the body and mind as a whole and restore the system to a state of physical, emotional, and spiritual alignment. It can improve the function of major organ systems, support the body's detoxification process, and bring about a sense of peace, harmony and well-being.
